Well what do you do with the carved pumkins after halloween they dont burn they take up tons of room in the garbage so Jay had and idea. We would start a new tradition (there are some activities that you just know are going to happen every year once you have done it once). We blew them up for FHE! we dont have normal Family Home Evenings always, we have tried the song, prayer, lesson, song, prayer, treat format and since the boys refuse to sing and I just cant Makezie is kind of tone deaf we sound really bad (definitly doesnt envite the spirit). We have found we do things outside of the normal box we have the kids attention then BANG we do the lesson it fits us.
